Goodwill, is that what they are calling it?

It makes good ethical sense but the customers are going to give the
competition $2 Billion worth of extra business.


Perhaps more, as the smokers get used to shopping elsewhere.

Sounds like a preemptive move to perhaps dodge any law suits Kalifornia
is cooking up.
