There are a significant number of the poor..who are simply unable to
establish the value of money or what can be bought with out 30 minutes
outside of the Want of the Moment. They are in fact..mentally ill
when it comes to money.

Ain't that the truth? The old lady who used ot live next door is out
in a moldy old travel trailer on the other side of town now. She
seems to go out of her way to shop at the most expensive grocery
stores, despite living on Social Security. She smokes 3+ packs of
cigs a day and feeds nothing but FancyFeast to her 1-7 cats daily.
I don't see how she can do that on SS, let alone buy gas, pay car
payments (2nd car from a rat rectum used car rapist who repoed her
last one after she qui paying for it the second time it blew an
engine), etc.

Others buy the smallest (least value) item at the store, despite the
fact that most stores give you the cost per ounce right there on the
price tag under the item. Go figure!

Two other alternatives: "I can't afford to be cost effective."
Which is one reason I do not purchase the 2.69 a pound beef specials.
Because I don't "have" the room in the budget for $40 dollars of beef
(or anything else).
Secondly - how much of a savings is it if you throw half away?
I've switched from Costco "two fer a dollar" gallons of 2%, to
Safeway's house brand whole milk by the quart. Costs less when I'm
not dumping a gallon of milk down the drain.

Financial sanity should be taught in schools.

Firearms safety and training should be taught in schools.

Contraception should be taught in schools.

You are expecting the certified ignorant to teach what they do not
know. Because, while kids can tell the difference between
make-believe and reality, far too many of the Education Specialists
have lost any thinking skills they might have had.


Voluntary sterilization should be performed on welfare recipients if
they already have a child and still want/need welfare. Look how well
Roe v. Wade worked on the crime rate? (sorry, -this- conservative
believes in sterilization or abortion for the idiots.)

Eugenics is not a Conservative value. It was first pushed by
Progressives as a means of Improving the Race. In the United States.
The Germans were merely a little over zealous in their application of
such "forward looking" ideas.

Driving courses should be taught to everyone going for a license.

Everyone?
Including someone who has been driving since they were twelve?
Or who is getting a new license, having been out of the country
for a number of years?

You don't hear about it much any more, but I recall a report of
gentleman pulled over for some infraction, and it was discovered that
he had no driver's license. Never had one, he'd started driving
before they were required.
