I've not seen a study to say exactly that. Major inner-city thugs act
differently than more conservative crooks. There is no data entries
about political activity. When remanded or when the Pre-Sentence
Investigation (PSI) is done.

You can kind of feel the dynamics when dealing with them on a day to
day routine. The inner-city Jitterbugs tend to run off at the gums.
The Conservative types tend to accept their lot and do their time.
