Prohibition rules can be tossed out the window. Take care of the
people.

I'm a believer in do what works. During extended
power cut with risk of pipes, I'd sure consider
candles. The building has five zones of 250K btu
per hour (if I remember right) and two larger than
that. Take a lot of candles to do that.
