CY: So true. And the USA is not a democracy, either. it's a
Constitutional Republic.

I haven't been able to find anything that says it is contrary to the
law. The law says Congress has to go through the exchanges, but I don't
find anything that says they have to treat staff any different from any
other employee.


All I can say is that you're blind. The law specifically stated that
congress and their staffs had were to be in the same system that they
dictated to everyone else. Everyone else doesn't get their healthcare
paid.
