I see no evidence that they're getting smaller. There are a dozen or
so going up in my neighborhood, all of which are in the 3000-4000ft^2
range. All five and six bedroom.


You have to measure them. Hard to see the changes on a daily basis,
but if you measure them once a month you can see the shrinkage.
