Ten, though it's not in the original Constitution signed in '87.

How many Amendments in the Bill of Rights?

Ten (though I've had others claim others are included in the BoR).

As originally proposed, it had twelve, but two of them were not ratified.

One of those two was eventually ratified as Amendment 27 -- two centuries after it was
proposed.
