That's correct. What voter ID has consistently done
is take what are mostly apathetic voters and turned
them into not apathetic ****ed off voters. They're ****ed
off because they perceive that they have been targeted
by those who are trying to take away their right to vote.
Whether that is true or not is irrelevant to them.
The fact that they are also being told that they don't
exist makes them even more ****ed.

Yeah, right, too apathetic when it was easy and suddenly they rise in
righteous indignation when they have to prove who they are.
