That's correct. What voter ID has consistently done
is take what are mostly apathetic voters and turned
them into not apathetic ****ed off voters.

That's your fairy tale. It's false.

There is no evidence that voter ID laws motivated anyone who didn't
previously vote to register and vote. No evidence for that at all.
