Hi,

I have a SPSU board with two shorted SMD diodes :

+--+
2U
80
+--+

and :

+--+
27
9E
+--+

What are these diodes ?

The "2" is not a "Z" (checked that carefully). Also, on the board there
another "27 9E" with Vf=0,59V on my multimeter. No zener effect up to
Vr=27V at least. Both are close to big mosfets.

Do you know their references ?

Cheers,

If they were zeners, then convention from such vendors as Central
would make 27 a 3V6 zener, and 2U an 18V zener.

You don't mention body size. Would make any search rather tedious..

Hi.

Diodes dimensions are 4.27 x 2.35 x 1.94 mm...
