The only answer I see to this problem is selling your house and moving to a
place where you have plenty of acreage. A place were you can't see your
neighbors and they can't see you.

I did that when I bought this place, his place was a farm field when I moved
here 10 years ago. He moved in and thinks he's the law. I could better see
his point if his house was real close to mine, it's pretty close to 1000
feet away.
