Sorry, I'm based in the UK and tried all local suppliers and google
but no joy yet, I am rebuilding a very big old safe and I had to
drill out all the original bolts, thanks for your input.
What were they...were they actually 9/16" or since you're in UK were
they metric?
A search at the following looks like at least some candidates...
https://www.fastenersclearinghouse.com/fch/main.nsf
/fSearch?OpenForm&Start=1&type=R&Cat1=PRM460D65E028 14;&
Cat2=FLD84BFEAD585;&Cat3=PRMF77108363215;&Cat4=&Ca t5=M14&Cat6=&Cat7=
Don't know about local distributors...
A search from a couple UK online places found the 1/2" and 5/8"
equivalents of 12 and 16 but nothing in 9/16"/M14.
As noted above, if can go to either eighth the possibilities then abound
but while as noted by others 9/16" is in the Standards lists, it surely
isn't commonly used...hence isn't much on hand in stock at retail.
