Perhaps the city should take a look at their own state laws.

In 1978 there was a case where a man was arrested simply for failure to

identify himself.

That law, was ruled unconstitutional by the state of NY supreme court.

Since then, it has been illegal for any cop in NY to stop a person and ask

for ID. There is NO "stop and identify" legal law in NY.

Problem is, somebody forgot to tell the cops that.

And obviously, most of the judges don't know it either.



You can find hundreds of cases on youtube where cops are stopping white

people and asking for ID constantly, for no probable cause.



And what's worse is, all of these cops act like they never heard of Terry

Versus Ohio. The SCOTUS case that forbids such actions.
