Unfortunately, any lawyer would consider that moat like a
swimming pool an attractive nuisance, and file suit.


Invite him for a swim. Self respecting gators won't touch any
lawyer, and it's well known that a lawyers will swim in cesspool if they
thinks there's a dollar floating in there, somewhere. ;-)
