Which doesn't prohibit socialism. Look around you, we have many instances of
socialism in the USA. They're easier to find at the local level, but exist at
all levels of government and I'm not talking about just the Post Office.

Of course. Good to see you recognize it. Now will you join
in reducing it to the extent possible?

Christ, there's nothing more retarded than conservatives parroting
words they don't understand. These guys never took a poli-sci class in
their lives. They don't even know what's in their country's
constitution, not that it stops them from pretending to be political
pundits.

We had a Tea Party idiot serve one term as mayor in the city I live
in. After running up huge city debt and getting caught lying about it,
and getting the city embroiled in many lawsuits, she failed to get
re-elected. Her subsequent career has involved getting fellow Tea
Partiers to retain her as their lawyer and sue the city. For instance,
when the city for the first time ever charged street assessments to
rebuild the city streets, she got her Tea Party fools to file a
lawsuit. When the local paper asked them who should pay for new
streets if not the property owners, they said "the government" should
pay for them. That's the typical TeaTard IQ. Best part was, they won
their suit! - because the court found that the city hadn't followed
the law by using the statutory calculation to determine each property
owner's assessment. So the city re-calculated and discovered they'd
*under-assessed* the TeaTards, who ended up owing more all because
they'd sued to get out of paying their fair share.

This country came to be *because* the settlers understood the value
and necessity of helping one another. We'd never have made it
otherwise. Hell, Christianity preaches it. Nobody got to where they
are today without the help and/or financial support of other people,
and that includes all of the conservative politicians who, having
gotten their financial support to get their education, get jobs, raise
families, and end up in politics, now claim to despise that practice
and supposedly want to end it. I use the words 'claim' and
'supposedly' because the only difference between a liberal and
conservative is that liberals believe everyone is entitled to
assistance, conservatives think only _they_ are entitled to it. Case
in point: Michele Bachman, whose entire working career has consisted
of collecting gov't paychecks. And whose family collects gov't
subsidies, and whose husband's business depends on gov't payments.
