My son in law is a transplanted Scot, will
Shreriff Joe lock him up and hold him to run his
own form of "immigration status investigation"?

If he is a legal citizen of America, he has nothing to worry about.


He is not a legal citizen, he is resident alien
married to an American, on a valid visa. How long
will Sheriff Joe hold him in jail while he verifies
this?
