What that bugger needed was a job.

Now he's gonna end up costing you $2,500 a month to put him in jail.

See, the way this works is that eventually, half of all americans are
gonna end up in jail, and the other half are gonna end up with
surveillance, security, detention, military and law-enforcement jobs.

But that's ok - health care is affordable when you're in jail...
