At a quarter of the cost! I think it's easy to eat right, shop the
grocery stores just on the outer perimeter walls where all the produce
and non-processed foods are. Gotta' dash into the middle to get a
carton of Breyers Vanilla Fudge Twirl once in a while though. Lost 75
lbs and got my BG under excellent control.
