Nah, that accolade goes to the photo of the blank sheet of paper with
the words "This page left intentionally blank", which is often done for
very good reason.

The pic of Hitler looking at a flag bearing a hash symbol where a
swastika should be doesn't warrant inclusion as it's obviously a still
from a comedy TV show or something.
