Some have a ****ing great knife handy.

Once you have killed the intruder, you put the knife in the corpse's
hand and claim that you had no choice but to kill it with the axe.

Not clear what happens when there are more than one and
one escapes and claims that they had no knife, unlikely that
they would be believed, but there is some risk of that obviously.
