There is always some thing the recipient can to
get thje job started. "I'll install the [item], but
you have to go buy it."

Helps weed out the less serious types.

The problem with altruistic, compassionate, good people is the simple
fact that they will always keep trying to help their fellow man no
matter what sort of scumbag that fellow man happens to be. I'm not very
tolerant of scumbags even though I believe in the practice of giving
