I think even if there are no problems, that wouldn't be an indicator
that a better tip might yield better results.
I have 1, 1.5 and 2.0 mm needles and tips for my Apollo HVLP. With a .5
- 2 lb cut of shellac I would probably start with the 1.5 tip.
