No matter how fast the "producers" make it, the rich can only eat so much
cake....
The engineers graduating from the top Mexican schools are probably good, the
rest most likely suck. There is also the fact that the percentage of people
that can understand and apply higher mathematical concepts is pitifully
small. That will not be changed by government pushing education, in Mexico
or the U.S..
