Default Cutting 1-1/4" AL angle into 1-1/4" lengths burr-free?

What is the best way to cut 500 pieces as close to burr-free as possible

band saw and use a fine belt sander. It's very time consuming and the
parts get hot.

I would consider abrasive water jet cutting for that. I'm not
sure how well laser cutting works for aluminum, but water jet should be
fine.
