Police helicopters only go up into the air AFTER (or WHILE) a crime is
in progress - to support ground operations.

Remotely-controlled drones will be used (mostly) to snoop around and
look for evidence of criminal activity.


Well I am not a criminal, so have no problem with that.

Note many businesses like Walmart have cameras all over
the store and parking lot. No problem with that. Actually
they frequently catch thieves who rip off people in the
parking lot or people who damage other people's cars.
