"Doug" is trying to do "prior restraint" and apparently incapable of
understanding that that will not work in this case.
He thinks that forcing licensing,registration,and psych tests before being
able to possess a firearm is going to work. It hasn't in any nation on
Earth. Norway has strict licensing and gun registration,and they still had
a mass murder with legally obtained guns,and the same occurred in UK and
AUS too.
