Why? There is no law that says you have to pay taxes. You have to
file. If you owe, you have to pay.

According to the IRS there are 1500 or so folks who made over a
$million and paid no tax-- legally.

I can't wait until somebody writes the memoir that outs Harry's
source. Was it a Romney-ite to make Harry look stupid-- or was it a D
that just wanted to get a crazy story out early. [If it was true--
