Boric acid works but if it were my house, I'd call an exterminator. Carpenter
ants will destroy a house. If you see them, it's already a serious problem.



I disagree...calling an exterminator MIGHT help to identify the pest and
usually includes free estimates. Destroy a house? Unlikely!
