No bread for me, at all.

It's disgusting the amount of sugar in everyday foods.

Advice # 7: Drink water and skimmed milk, rather than juice and sugared soda
**** skimmed milk - pure ****, that stuff. Proper milk for me, though
not much of that and it's mainly in my coffee or tea.
