Any lurkers here with circuit experience hacking CEC (HDMI) controls?
I have a non-CEC-compliant device that I'd like to trick into passing
on/off codes to a downstream CEC-compliant device.
The non-CEC-compliant device does have a readily available +5V for
"on" and 0V for "off".
