Human urine can repel deer. Maybe you can try peeing on the seat when
you park it.

Ammonia is supposed to deter them a bit too. I'd try wiping down the
seat and surrounding area with it. I bet Google can get you thousands
of hits.

Shooting, depending on where you live, can put you in jail, fines,
etc.
