Good idea, but not realistic. The smoking rate in the US is rather low,

In comparison to much of the rest of the developed world, it's pretty low and
falling.


If you go into a bar around here, it's likely more than 50% smoke. Bars
serving a lot of food have no smoking. Bars having little food and smoking,
under age children not allowed in. Restaurants, no smoking.
