Good idea, but not realistic. The smoking rate in the US is rather low,
actually.


it's still 20% (as of 2010), but down significantly from 1965 (42%).

i don't really consider 20% as low.\


In comparison to much of the rest of the developed world, it's pretty low and
falling.
