Default Bill - 'T' - with attachment this time

Notice the word "purpose"?

Well, yes, Josepi, that would be a good reason, and has been forwarded to
the Advertising department & management for consideration. ...

Reasons I see for it include:
Less oft used items aren't permanently on the bench and limited bench
acreage
can be shared
No bolt holes for them needed in bench
No need to clamp them down - the vise is the clamp and not in the way
Could be more convenient swapping out occasionally than walking back and
forth
between multiple benches (as I did)
They're so easy and cheap to build that sometimes its quicker than
alternatives. For example,
I have a sanding plate that goes on the radial arm saw. Sometimes the belt
sander, mounted
securely upside down is just as effective. Change-out / set-up time is one
minute. It works.
Uses are limited only by one's imagination. A person could even make a very
simple router table, I guess, but it would take some tweaking.

The vice can be moved out of the way for a nice clean and clear top. Wife
could be in the shop and they really like breaking in the bench the right
way. It gives them braggin' rights with the other women, sometimes.
