It appears to have been going on for weeks, and to be hitting many
thousands of potential victims. It seems to be a well-crafted, but
otherwise-typical malware/phishing scam.

Neeerp! My case may well be a copycat, but he/she/it blundered.
Besides mine isn't a bill... and the blunder tells all. I hope it's
sufficient for Verizon to punish.
