I'd say, good for her. The cyclist was an obvious ass for blocking the
road.

Maybe the guy is deaf, can't hear the cars behind him...

The attacker was not in the same car as the video recorder as best as
I can tell. The person would be difficult to identify or find.

Besides, 'over-yonder' the innocent go to jail.
