You dont really need any plans.

You just need a scrap of plywood, some metal brackets, a traffic cone
(stolen from the highway), a large hoseclamp, scrap of PVC pipe, and
possibly some caulk. The toilet seat is optional.

Oh man, that is classy. Got me thinking though, that stall shower can
