I would think that report is false and/or misleading 1) for the
purpose of taking peoples' minds off the issue of illegal Mexican
immigration and the resulting deportation issues, especially with the
pending elections nearing, and 2) they go back to Mexico during the
winter months,anyway, to spend time with their families, but return in
warmer months when the work picks up again.
