Apperently it's to highlight genital mutilation.

which hate women.

But then Britain and Sweden are basically run by Muslims these days. Ever
heard of Rashad Akhtar, of High Wycombe? (That's in England.) He complained
that the swirls shown on the lid of Burger King's ice-cream cones resembled
the script for the word "Allah" in Arabic. Burger King changed the lid to
appease the Muslims.
