Only about £0.25Bn or so has gone AWOL so far with this scheme.

10% of all apprentices work for Morrisons (40% of all their employees!).
(and they are the relatively good guys providing some real training)

The dodgy ones are just scams pure and simple exploiting a series of
crass loopholes without any oversight or inspections.


When the gov.did away with our nationalised industies, they never took
into account the thousands of apprentices they trained.
