Does anyone know what goes where, or can point me in the direction of a

came along and buggered with it.
Virgin buggered it, Virgin fix it...
At guess remove the white/green Virgain pair and try the white/blue
pair pair from the working BT socket into the same connection points.
See previous reply, Virgin just took the BT wires out and put their own in,
I'm not accusing them of "breaking" it as such.... all the old cabling is
still inside the socket, just not connected to anything.
I'll try those wires and see what happens, thanks!
Is this what you're after?

Note that, with modern phones, the only two wires which are needed are 2
and 5. 3, the ring wire, can normally be left disconnected. 4 doesn't do
anything.
