Those are refined products.

How "drill baby drill" would help would be to

a) Increase world crude oil supplies independent of the OPEC, and
b) Reduce the volatility/fear that drives speculation that turmoil in
the Middle East causes (which is the prime driver in the markets over
the last decade)
