The Prius does 100mph.

Given the petrol engine has an output of 145 bhp, I'd hope so.

Don't forget the extra weight of generator and batteries, it has have a
decent power output. Funnily enough there are some non-hybrid cars
which are more economical!!


top speed is more about power to drag than power to weight.
