We had a labourer who was called "PakiJack".
It never worried him in the least back then.
He was of "mixed blood" actually, had nothing to do with the
subcontinent. I only found that out after years.

We have a Pakistani handyman locally - Jamal Fixit.

My last girlfriend, slightly bemused by the large number of Asian-run
newspaper shops in a small area, called them newsasians. I do like an
apposite neologism!
