Default Bathroom Lights Out !

Toggle switch at the entrance activates lights over the sink and toilet.
To eliminate the toggle switch as the problem it was removed & the black
hots were connected, and good connection on the white neutral running
through the switch box was confirmed. Did the same on toggles in each of
the bathroom walk-in closets with their respective switched overhead
lights. On power restoration measured ~120-volts black-to-ground at each
disconnected receptacle, a little less (~110) on each receptacle
neutral-to-ground, but bulbs won't illuminate. Does this sound like a
loose neutral connection between the bathroom and the main panel? It's not
a main panel breaker fault as other outlets on the same circuit (outside
the bathroom) are juiced. Thanks in advance for any replies.
