They do. A freewheeling heavy truck goes right up the other side.

Never in my thirty-odd years of experience in driving large vehicles. If
you knock one out of gear ad coast down, you *might* get almost a quarter
of the way up a similar hill on the other side of the valley.

Even a Hot Wheels toy only makes it about halfway up the slope.

Drivel believes in frictionless vehicles and no wind resistance.
