Yep. Under the concept of "attractive nuisance." The
copper strewn about on the school-house roof is an almost
irresistible draw. It's the same concept as a child
drowned in an un-fenced backyard swimming pool.



So if a guy got busted picking up a hooker, he could use the
"attractive nuisance" defence? :-)
