Default Gates to build Nukes in China?

nuclear-reactors-with-china/?test=latestnews

Without even reading it, this comes to mind:

It will either stop producing electricity suddenly, or blow up at least
twice a week without any exacerbating causes and will destroy all around
it, not leaving any evidence whatsoever of why it happened.

Oh... and the engineers will call that "within normal parameters", and
"user caused". In this case, they will call the consumers of the
electricity "users", and blame them for the fault.

Further, the system will be accessible to any rag-head who wants to
investigate how to stop it from working. Hidden "back doors" will allow
teenagers in Norway to cause explosions from home without using the
deficiencies already inherent in the system.

Last, almost all the working systems and algorithms to control it will be
stolen from small shops that worked years to produce it, but lost the
lawsuit saying BILL used it for his own purposes without a royalty.
