Yes, you can go to a legal brothel but can't legally change a light
fitting or buy fireworks here. I was looking at a house today and the
planning consent (in the s32 aka seller pack) explicitly mentioned
brothel among prohibited uses!

ISTR that was among the prohibited uses of a house I previously owned,
along with lunatic asylum and fairground.
