When Jim furnishes help it's usually in the form of a fully annotated
schematic and the resultant relevant waveforms from a simulation, so
you, with your: "Figure out the values for yourself." schematics and
your: "I know how his works and you don't" attitude are hardly in a
position to be criticizing anyone about giving help.
